I got this manual chopper for quick onion dicing, and it works decently. The pull cord is smooth, and the stainless steel blade does a good job on most veggies. Like similar models, the ice crushing is a gimmick—it can't handle more than a few small cubes. The ABS plastic casing feels light but not flimsy. For $28, it's fine for basic prep, but the 'professional' label is a stretch. Also, hand washing is tedious; I wish it were dishwasher safe.
